Changing Business was a natural progression
for me; taking that experience of motivation and psychological insight and applying it to a corporate environment was logical and perhaps inevitable.
My academic background may have paved the
way for a successful career in commerce, but understanding of people certainly makes for the ideal foundations. I study modern business methodology, international business relations and leadership approaches. What's more I firmly believe that successful business is one of those life skills
which can make real changes for the good.
I'm lucky enough to have worked at senior
consultant and Board level in a number of global companies, such as BASF and GE, working on advanced computer systems and strategic development. I've even worked at NASA, although sadly it brought me no nearer my childhood dreams
of being an astronaut.
My work has taken me across Europe, the US,
Japan, Russia and South Africa and has put me in front of governments and the United Nations. The crucial point is that whether coaching an entire workforce or working one to one, that business is about people. Professional development is still personal development.
