Welcome to my website - you may think you've seen
a number of sites like this one, but I rather hope that
here you'll find something different; a flicker of light,
then that flash of inspiration, giving you just enough
courage to take the bold second step of contacting me.
So who is this me? Am I a 'management guru', or a
'motivational consultant', or a 'personal development
coach', or a 'management mentor' or just the generic
'life coach'?
One client used a phrase I find both charming and
absolutely fitting - 'life gardener'.
That sounds to me the most apt, but regardless of the
title given, the crux of what I do is to bring out the best
in people; free them of the shackles, perceived or real,
that restrict them; open their eyes, hearts and minds
to their own potential, and then gently release them
to achieve their vision and to be the quintessence
of themselves.
Just like designing, planting and growing a garden
there are many stages along the way; much hard
diligent work, until the moment we look up and quite
surprisingly all about there is an abundance, a
blossoming and the wonder and vitality of life.
I offer my professional and personal insight on both
sides of the life-work balance.
On the life axis I help people discover their true
identities, abilities and strengths to help them live their
life as they would wish, often this means freeing them
from the stress and confusions of day-to-day life.
On the work axis, personally, I guide men and
women who aspire to lead, discover in them their
unique skill-sets and help reach and be their best in
their chosen roles. Often this means allowing them
to work and manage at much higher levels than
they did before.
On the work axis, in a corporate context I work with
the people who want to work together to achieve a
corporate goal; I assist them form the right teams for
success, understand and control the management of
their perspectives, make the most of their resources
and visions and, simply put 'get out there and win'.
This means that all my work is based on the individual,
because it is always people, in fact always individual
people that make things happen, in business and
in life.
Why do I do that?
Well, I know that my signature characteristic, by
far of
all, is that I like people, individually and as a whole,
and I like to see them achieve and succeed. So where
I can make a difference to people's lives... I do!
